Prices are in Australian Dollars. At this stage we are only shipping within Australia but soon to branch out
All items will be shipped within 3 working days. If there are any postal issues you will be contacted.
Due to Health and Safety Regulations we are not able to accept returns of earrings except in the event that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.
All Other Items
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

To Return an Item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for return, wrap the item securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, it would be helpful if you would provide a full description of the fault. Send to:

For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded or special delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that do no reach us.
